Mainland Famous Internet Celebrity Han Anran in Car Accident, Assistant Describes the Harrowing Process

On September 13, mainland China’s well-known internet celebrity Han Anran and her assistant were involved in a car accident while riding in a Rolls-Royce in Hangzhou. The Rolls-Royce they were traveling in was hit by a Land Rover, causing an oil leak. The two people in the car narrowly avoided a larger accident due to a second ignition, fortunately, they were unharmed, although the estimated repair cost is as high as two million yuan.

Han Anran’s assistant, whose Weibo account is “HongHongJiang7189,” detailed the incident on social media, emphasizing that “the whole person was stunned,” while Han Anran herself did not suffer any injuries.

According to the assistant, there was severe shaking in the car, and even stepping hard on the brakes couldn’t stop it, eventually leading to a direct collision with a wall.

The impact caused serious oil leakage. In the chaos, the assistant almost re-ignited the vehicle, but was loudly stopped by the Land Rover owner, who reminded them that “igniting with an oil leak is strictly prohibited,” thus averting a huge risk of the car catching fire or exploding.

The car accident resulted in severe damage to the front of the Rolls-Royce, with estimated repair costs nearing two million yuan.

Some netizens have questioned whether the high repair cost of a Rolls-Royce can be compensated, to which the assistant replied, “I don’t know yet” about the insurance handling.

Some netizens believe that the responsibility may lie with the Land Rover owner.

Many online comments express relief that “the people are safe, the car can be repaired,” emphasizing that the safety of individuals is the most important thing.
