The circulated video shows the man kicking the boy’s head multiple times, dragging him on the ground by his feet, and even dragging the child towards a pillar to collide with. During the incident, someone tried to intervene but was forced to leave after being insulted and threatened by the man.
According to the person who posted the video, the man is described as a typical abuser, as they had heard about the abuse happening before recording. The man can be seen lifting his foot and slamming it on the ground, which is truly terrifying. Eventually, a staff member intervened after many people questioned why no one was stopping the abuse, but they also faced verbal abuse and nearly physical confrontation. The man left with the child while still muttering angrily.
After the video was released, it quickly gained attention online. On the evening of August 11, the Women’s Federation of Huizhou Dayawan Development Zone reported that “the parent expressed regret for their actions. After a medical checkup, the child is in good condition.”
