Mainland 55-year-old grassroots actor Wang Xinfang unexpectedly passed away, cause of death remains a mystery.

The news of the mainland actor Wang Xinyang’s death at the age of only 55 has sparked heated discussions, with the topic trending on social media. His son expressed shock and surprise at the news of his father’s death and, as he did not want an autopsy to be conducted, the true cause of Wang Xinyang’s death remains a mystery.

On September 5th around 8 p.m., the grassroots actor Wang Xinyang passed away unexpectedly in a rental house in Xi’an. Wang Xinyang’s son and several friends from the entertainment industry confirmed the news.

On the evening of the 8th, Wang Xinyang’s son, Mr. Wang, stated that his father did not have any major illnesses before his death, and he was generally in good health, although he had high blood pressure, diabetes, and occasionally enjoyed drinking alcohol. At the time of the incident, he was filming a short drama in Xi’an. The crew tried calling him but received no response. When they went to check on him, they found that he had passed away and immediately reported it to the police. The police ruled out homicide and suicide.

“The circumstances surrounding my father’s death shocked and surprised me. The cause of death would only be known after an autopsy, but considering he has already passed away, conducting one would be meaningless. His body has already been cremated, and we will bring his ashes back to our hometown for burial.”

Mr. Wang mentioned that his father was from Cangzhou, Hebei, and after a business failure, he went to Hengdian to work as an extra in film and television productions, where he has been working as an actor for 9 years.

In recent years, Wang Xinyang appeared in TV dramas such as “The Awakening Age,” “Mountain and River Clear Streams,” “Peach Blossoms Still Smile in the Spring Wind,” and “Black and White Forest.”

A notice of Wang Xinyang’s passing was posted on his personal social media account stating: “I regret to inform everyone that the original user of this WeChat account, Wang Xinyang, has passed away. The account is now managed by his son.”

A Weibo member and entertainment blogger known as “Fatty Luffy” mentioned that Wang Xinyang was in high spirits while filming and still had scenes left to shoot.
