Two girls from Heilongjiang confirmed to have been found dead after missing for several days.

On the afternoon of May 1st, two girls aged 11 and 12 went missing in Kuntouhou Village, Wangkui County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province. The latest update indicates that the two girls met with an unfortunate incident, and their bodies have been taken to the funeral home. Information circulating online suggests that the suspect may be a neighbor.

According to a notice released by the Longcheng Rescue Team in Wangkui, Heilongjiang on May 1st, at 2:30 PM, two girls, Ding Xiaohan (12 years old) and Ding Meihua (11 years old), disappeared on the route from Kuntouhou Village to the supermarket in Kuntouqian Village in Tongjiang Town. The last location of their phones was near the Qingangbei Yongfeng Toll Station at 3:30 PM on the same day.

Reports from mainland Chinese media state that on May 6th, a volunteer named Mr. Liu from the Longcheng Rescue Team in Wangkui, Suihua City, mentioned that the family of the two girls had asked him to help distribute missing person notices before. On the morning of May 4th, the parents of the children called him and informed him that the two girls had been found, but unfortunately, they had met with an untoward incident, and their bodies had been taken to the funeral home.

The police in Suileng County, Suihua City, also confirmed that the two children had indeed been found, and they are currently investigating the case. Official details will be released in a subsequent bulletin.

None of the mentioned sources have disclosed the reasons behind the tragic fate of the two girls.

They passed by the Chen Guang Supermarket, where at 14:12, they were seen paying for their purchases as usual. At 14:26, the two suddenly turned north, their steps slowing down as if being pulled forward by something. At 14:33, they reached the north bridge, with the surveillance cameras capturing the last glimpse of two small figures, almost out of frame.

“Sister Chatting in Modu” mentioned that according to sources, the suspect is likely a neighbor.

There are also circulating messages online suggesting that the perpetrator, a neighbor, faced financial difficulties due to losses in his cattle business. After being refused money by the girls’ family when he approached them, he harbored resentment, resulted in the brutal killing of the two girls in different ways. Following the crime, he buried their bodies in separate locations.
