Upgraded: Typhoon Yantao Approaching, Full List of Work and School Suspension Across Taiwan on the 30th

Taiwan’s Central Weather Bureau announced at 11:30 am today (September 30) that the medium typhoon Sandoer’s wind circle had entered the waters near southern Taiwan, urging the public to be alert and prepared for the typhoon.

As of now, the work and school status for various counties and cities in Taiwan on September 30 is as follows:

Keelung City: Normal work and school

Taipei City: Normal work and school

New Taipei City: Normal work and school

Taoyuan City: Normal work and school

Hsinchu City: Normal work and school

Hsinchu County: Normal work and school

Hualien County: Normal work and school
– Work and classes suspended in Xiu Lin Township, including the Datianxiang area (including villages of Fushiqun and Fushiqun 13-19 neighborhoods) and Heping Village
