Harvard University: Hidden UFO Civilizations May Exist on Earth

Recently, researchers from Harvard University and Montana Technological University published a new paper proposing a startling claim: an unidentified, technologically advanced group may secretly be living on Earth.

According to a report by The Hill on Wednesday, researchers from these two universities speculate that “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” (UAP) – another term for Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) – may be living underground, on the moon, or even walking among crowds.

The researchers acknowledge in their paper that their hypothesis may face skepticism from the scientific community but still deems it worthy of consideration with “epistemic modesty and an open mind.”

The paper introduces the possibility of “mysterious extraterrestrials” to explain the unexplained and inexplicable phenomena discovered annually worldwide.

Points raised in the paper include:

– Lingering “remnants” of ancient civilizations on Earth;
– A sentient species evolving separately from humans and now in hiding;
– Hidden extraterrestrials crossing over from another era or planet;
– These unidentified beings having a supernatural origin, referred to as “terrestrial angels.”

The paper also suggests the notion of hidden creatures residing in hotspots for observation, such as lakes or volcanoes, or beneath them.

Researchers suggest that the significant number of sighting events in similar areas could be attributed to these regions serving as entry points for hidden societies deep within the Earth. Other potential extraterrestrial hiding places could be nearby, such as the moon.

At the end of 2023, intelligence officer David Grusch claimed that the U.S. government has been concealing UFO research programs from the public, although the government repeatedly denies his claims.

The paper delves into the government’s response to sighting events, supplementing that many believers feel federal agencies “intentionally downplay this topic, or at least blur the extraordinary nature of many events related to UAP.”

However, the researchers acknowledge the extraordinary nature of their claims, writing: “We put forth these claims because certain aspects of UAP are so bizarre as to appear to require unconventional explanations.”
