According to a report by the official Chinese state media Xinhua News Agency on May 4th, the accident happened around 10 a.m. at a construction site of a tower crane in Xunhua Salazu Autonomous County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province. It led to the deaths of 2 people and 1 person being injured, who was promptly sent to the hospital for emergency treatment.
