On July 26, according to Eastern Time in the United States, NASA astronaut Chris Williams returned and landed aboard the “Soyuz MS-28” spacecraft. New Tang Dynasty and Epoch Times conducted a live stream on the internet with real-time subtitles.
After 241 days in orbit, astronaut Chris Williams is about to conclude his first mission to the International Space Station and return to Earth. Williams will return to Earth aboard the “Soyuz” spacecraft alongside astronauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Sergei Mikaev. Earlier on July 26, they undocked from the space station. The spacecraft is set to land in the Kazakh grasslands, after which they will be transported by helicopter to Karaganda in Kazakhstan.
During his stay in space, Williams orbited the Earth 3856 times, conducted two spacewalks, and assisted in various experiments. These experiments not only contribute to our understanding of living in space but also aim to improve the quality of life on our planet.
