The Thai military recently opened the Cambodian online fraud park that they had occupied last year to the media, including the “Central-Southern Hospital” suspected of organ harvesting. Video footage shows that the park is filled with Chinese characters everywhere, and a photo and name of a doctor from the hospital were also exposed.
On September 7th, senior Thai military officials led a group of ASEAN Observers Team (AOT) and media representatives to the permanent border crossing of Su Lin Province in Cambodia, to observe a large online fraud park spanning about 80 hectares that was occupied during the Thai-Cambodian war last year.
Video footage released after the visit by several media outlets showed that the park had a fake police station, a fake interrogation room for scams, 12 prison cells for punishing online fraudsters, as well as various torture devices like electric chairs.
The most attention-grabbing facility was a hospital located in a three-story building. According to the Thai side, a hospital with an operating room was discovered within the fraudulent park, where individuals were harvesting organs from online scammers who were tortured to near death due to underperformance.
The Chinese signage on the hospital wall indicates that the hospital is named “Central-Southern Hospital.” Military personnel also displayed a doctor’s name tag written in Simplified Chinese in a consultation room to the media, showing a photo of a male doctor named “Luo Dong” who is a “Cardiologist”.
However, industry insiders have stated that doctors primarily involved in organ transplants are cardiothoracic surgeons, while cardiologists are mainly responsible for assessing end-stage heart failure patients for heart transplant waiting lists, optimizing drug therapy, determining timing for transplants, long-term follow-ups after transplants, adjusting anti-rejection drugs, monitoring rejection reactions, managing infections, and transplant-related cardiovascular diseases.
According to Thai media reports, this hospital was set up to treat senior Chinese members of the scam group and may be involved in organ harvesting crimes as well.
The video spread to Chinese social media platform Weibo, where many netizens lamented that the online fraud park is “filled with Chinese everywhere”, indicating it was operated by Chinese individuals. Netizens cryptically criticized the Chinese Communist Party as the mastermind behind the scenes, saying, “If the CCP provides more aid to Cambodia, in terms of money and culture, Cambodia will improve.” and “They harm their own people, so they can’t be eliminated, the CCP does not say terrorist organizations, only telecommunications fraud.”
It is worth noting that the name of the fraudulent park’s hospital, “Central-Southern Hospital”, is exactly the same as Wuhan University’s Central-Southern Hospital (Second Clinical College of Wuhan University) in China, which is deeply involved in the CCP’s organ harvesting crimes.
