34-year-old real estate broker Wanying “Heather” Zhang from Irvine, California, was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday, October 4. She is accused of working for the Chinese Communist Party within the United States to monitor the son of Taiwan’s President, Lai Ching-te.
