Burglars Break into 3 Shops in North Hollywood Early Morning

In the early hours of Wednesday (September 4th), a gardening store and two tobacco shops in San Fernando Valley were broken into by thieves, and the police are currently conducting an investigation.

According to reports from the city news agency, officers from the North Hollywood Division of the Los Angeles Police Department arrived at Green Coast Hydroponics on Sherman Way in the 11300 block of San Fernando Valley at around 4 a.m. They discovered that the gate at the loading area of the store had been damaged.

The authorities have stated that there have been no reports of arrests yet, and there is currently no suspect information available. It is still unclear whether any items were stolen.

Fox11 reported that earlier on Wednesday, two tobacco shops in the Van Nuys area also reported similar break-in theft incidents.

One of the incidents occurred at Your Smoke Shop, where surveillance cameras captured at least three suspects driving a vehicle with a metal chain damaging the metal security gate. They then entered the store and took several boxes of merchandise.

Prior to this, about 2 miles away, the same suspects targeted another tobacco shop, SL Smokes, located on Victory Boulevard. They drove a gray or silver SUV to ram through the store’s metal gate and carried out a theft inside.

It is currently unknown whether the suspects involved in the tobacco shop thefts are also connected to the case at Green Coast Hydroponics.
