On October 1, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with the heroes who subdued an attacker on a flight from Dubai. During the meeting, the Prime Minister listened to their harrowing account of how they worked together to overpower the assailant: “We tied up the knife-wielding attacker with headphone wires. He was shouting ‘kill me’ at that time – which meant his mission had failed, so he would rather die.” The Epoch Times conducted a live broadcast on the internet with Chinese subtitles.
Netanyahu emphasized, “I want to tell the citizens of Israel to learn from them – to sharpen their eyes, stay vigilant. We are in a very sensitive period, where the enemy is attempting to harm us.”
