Korean singer Bai Eo-jeong, who participated in the talent show “K-pop Star” and debuted under JYP Entertainment, announced today (April 30) through her official Instagram that she is pregnant with her first child. She revealed that she is five months pregnant with a baby girl and has chosen the name “Yong Yong” for her daughter.
On her personal Instagram account, Bai Eo-jeong shared a selfie holding an ultrasound photo to announce the joyous news of her pregnancy. She wrote, “Our family is welcoming a little angel-like gift! I couldn’t tell everyone about this news before, it’s already halfway through 10 months, and in another 5 months, I will be able to meet my child!”
Bai Eo-jeong continued, “Being a first-time mother is more beautiful and great than I imagined, experiencing every day with my body. (feat. Mom, thank you)” She also revealed that her first child is a daughter and her name is “Yong Yong (용용이).”
In conclusion, Bai Eo-jeong expressed, “I will live a healthy life with Yong Yong and will not forget to let her listen to my songs!! Thank you everyone,” and ended with a hashtag marking “Dragon Year Mom.”
Bai Eo-jeong got married to someone outside the entertainment industry in August last year. She announced her marriage through a handwritten letter, stating that two years ago, she met a warm person who made her feel grateful in the winter. She mentioned that the man not only cherishes her but also supports her music activities, so she felt she could spend her entire life with him and embark on a new journey together.
