According to insider sources within the Chinese Communist Party system, Party leader Xi Jinping has given clear instructions on the production of fentanyl. Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong has been tasked with coordinating relevant departments to increase support for fentanyl production and expand the channel for fentanyl to be shipped to the United States.
As reported by the “Vision Times” on May 6, Yuan Hongbing stated in an interview that the Chinese Communist Party is now exporting large quantities of fentanyl to the United States as part of fulfilling Xi Jinping’s internal directives.
Yuan Hongbing revealed that according to information from conscientious individuals within the CCP system, during a secret meeting of the CCP National Security Committee a year and a half ago, Xi made an “important” speech on this issue. The main content of his speech could only be circulated after reaching the relevant executive departments.
In his speech, Xi emphasized that during the Opium Wars, Western powers used drugs as weapons to weaken the Chinese people. Now, it is the turn of the United States to become a major drug country, which is another basis for the CCP’s strategic judgment of “rising in the East and falling in the West.”
Xi criticized Americans for not investigating the root causes of the rampant drug problem in the United States, instead constantly clamoring for the CCP to take responsibility for American drug abuse, which he described as typical “hegemonic” logic.
Xi also emphasized that Americans demanding the Chinese government to limit fentanyl production and monitor the channels through which fentanyl enters the United States, attempting to harm China’s development interests, is considered an “economic warfare” act. The CCP firmly opposes this and cannot accept it.
According to Yuan Hongbing, following the 20th Congress of the CCP, Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong has been tasked with coordinating relevant departments of the CCP government to support the expansion of fentanyl production and to expand the channels for direct or indirect fentanyl shipments to the United States.
In an internal meeting at the Ministry of Public Security, Wang Xiaohong instructed relevant departments to oversee fentanyl production and transportation as part of China’s strategic total war and unrestricted warfare against the United States.
Yuan Hongbing stated that in late April, when U.S. Secretary of State Blinken visited Beijing and attempted to negotiate a solution to the issue of China dumping the quasi-drug fentanyl in the United States, Xi Jinping personally appointed trusted confidant Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong to meet with Blinken. This shows that Blinken and even the Biden administration completely misunderstand Xi Jinping’s stance on this issue.
