He mentioned that Taiwan’s economy is improving and that without affecting the budgets of other ministries or borrowing money, the government will distribute 10,000 New Taiwan Dollars to the public next year. Children under the age of 18 will also receive a monthly growth subsidy of 5,000 NT dollars, with the aim of ensuring a good life for the people of Taiwan.
