Chairperson Yi Rong of the recognition ceremony stated that since its establishment in 2011, this was the 14th edition of the “Mother’s Love Recognition Ceremony”, which has honored numerous mothers. She sincerely thanked everyone for their support, emphasizing that it’s because of the community’s support that so many outstanding mothers deserve recognition.

Director Lai Mingqi noted that this was the third time during his tenure that he participated in a mother recognition event organized by the Western United States Branch. He highlighted the strength and resilience of women once they become mothers, willing to face any challenges for the sake of their children’s education, even in the face of adversity.

It is widely acknowledged that mothers play a crucial role in the lives of their children and families. They uphold the future of the family, shoulder significant responsibilities, and their presence brings warmth and love to their households. Director Lai expressed heartfelt gratitude for the meaningful event organized by the Western United States Branch and the Chinese Women’s Association to recognize these loving mothers.

During the recognition ceremony, the Kanghe Qiyingle Dance Study Group performed the dance “Hope”, and the Wind Feather group presented the dance “Can’t Help But Admire You”. Lin Gui Xiang and the California Line Dance Association also performed dances such as “We are Together” and “Embrace”.
