On the morning of November 3, a 32-year-old female driver in Beijing’s Haidian District caused a traffic accident due to improper operation, resulting in one death and four injuries.
According to the Beijing traffic police report, around 8 a.m. on November 3, a traffic accident occurred near the Huatian Bridge roundabout on Fucheng Road in Haidian District. The 32-year-old female driver, Sun, was parking her car when improper operation led to her vehicle colliding with an electric bicycle on the sidewalk (with one person on the back) and four pedestrians.
The accident resulted in one fatality and four people sustaining minor injuries, who were promptly taken to the hospital for examination. Alcohol and drugs were ruled out through testing for Sun. Currently, the accident is under further investigation and processing.
