Heilongjiang provincial-level “mole” Li Chun under investigation.

In a recent development in Heilongjiang Province, a high-ranking “mole” – former member of the Discipline Inspection Commission Li Chun has been taken down, and currently, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China is conducting an inspection in the province.

On the afternoon of July 28, the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of China in Heilongjiang Province announced that former member of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Heilongjiang Province, Li Chun, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation.

Public records show that Li Chun was born in October 1961, started working in August 1980, and graduated from the Central Party School with a major in political science and law. Li Chun has long been working in the Discipline Inspection Commission system of Heilongjiang Province, serving as a member of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Heilongjiang Province, Minister of the Organization Department, and a Commissioner of the Standing Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee Inspection Team.

According to information released on the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China on July 19, the Central Third Inspection Team is currently conducting an inspection in Heilongjiang, which will last for approximately two and a half months, with the deadline for accepting complaints set as September 23, 2025.
