On April 21st, Jin Hao, the Deputy Secretary of the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee in Henan Province, was taken down from his position. Just a few days ago, the Fifth Inspection Team of the CPC Central Committee had just arrived in Henan Province.
According to the news from the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission of Henan Province, Jin Hao, the Deputy Secretary of the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently under investigation.
Jin Hao has long served in Nanyang City, having previously held positions such as Party Secretary of Xinye County, Director of Nanyang New District, Deputy Director of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, and Party Secretary of Dengzhou City.
In September 2021, Jin Hao was appointed as a member of the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee and later became the Deputy Secretary of the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee. However, he is now under investigation during his current tenure.
On May 14th of last year, Zhu Shixi, the Party Secretary of Nanyang City in Henan Province, was investigated. He served as the Party Secretary of Nanyang City in 2021.
On April 17th, according to the news on the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, the Fifth Inspection Team of the CPC Central Committee entered Henan Province. This inspection team is expected to stay in Henan Province for about two and a half months.
