In the early hours of June 21st, a wild bull incident occurred in Changsha, Hunan. A yellow bull, which was for sale in the street market, got startled and ran out, causing chaos near the subway station entrance by ramming into three pedestrians. This incident shocked the passersby that night.
A viral video showed a large yellow bull, standing as tall as an adult’s shoulder, running wildly at the WanJiali Station 4A exit of Line 5 of the Changsha subway in the early hours. The frightened and out-of-control bull darted recklessly across the road. Some pedestrians on their way home or rushing somewhere were caught off guard and couldn’t dodge in time. The bull charged head-on, knocking down two pedestrians with its horns, causing them to heavily fall to the ground. Another person was also hit.
In just a few minutes, several people were injured on the street, leading to a scene of chaos. Passersby screamed and dodged in fear, while vehicles on the road made emergency stops, causing the entire stretch of road to come to a standstill in an instant, creating a scene of terror.
According to Jiu Pai News, eyewitnesses reported that the bull broke out from a nearby wholesale market, apparently in a state of panic, and injured two pedestrians. Subsequently, the bull ran towards WanJiali Road and continued to injure another person.
The bull responsible for the incident came from a beef wholesaler at the Mawangdui Seafood Market. The wholesaler has already reported the incident to the authorities. The bull has been slaughtered following the incident. The specific condition of the three injured persons is currently unknown.
Some netizens revealed that fortunately, all three injured individuals are not in a life-threatening condition. They have been taken to the hospital for examination and treatment, with only superficial injuries from knocks and impacts. Their vital signs are stable at the moment.
