In San Jose, on Sunday, June 23rd, the Calvary Church invited former Idaho state representative and producer of the documentary “Agenda: Grinding America Down,” Curtis Bowers, to give a lecture and screening to educate the congregation on how communism has been eroding the United States.
Curtis Bowers held three events at the Calvary Church in San Jose: morning lectures at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and an evening screening at 6:00 PM. After the screening, Bowers engaged in an interactive Q&A session with the audience.
Years ago, Bowers stumbled upon a group of American communists attempting to destroy the United States through a conspiracy. To expose the truth, he invested his savings and energy to produce the documentaries “Agenda: Grinding America Down” and its sequel “Agenda 2: Masters of Deceit,” released in 2010 and 2015, respectively.
These documentaries created a sensation upon release, winning the Best Documentary award with a total prize of $101,000 at the Texas Film Festival. To spread awareness and truth among more Americans, Bowers and his family have been touring various states in the United States with screenings of their documentaries for many years.
During his speech, Bowers pointed out how in the 1920s and 30s, communists began infiltrating influential American institutions such as education, media, Hollywood, and churches – aiming to steer Americans away from God and the Bible. Nowadays, many Americans no longer believe in God, leading to a lack of morals, with communists achieving significant success in this regard and causing American society to veer towards collapse.
He noted an increasing awakening among the population, with people seeking the truth and wanting to understand what is really happening, including the truth behind the COVID-19 pandemic. Bowers believes this is why media outlets like “The Epoch Times” have rapidly grown, as people crave the truth.
When asked if there is still hope for America, he responded, “I don’t know.” Witnessing traditional American culture, families, and many aspects crumbling, he emphasized the ongoing destruction. Bowers plans to continue speaking the truth, sticking to his principles, producing a weekly program to help people understand current events within his lifetime.
He stressed that as Christians, it is our role to live out the truth, stand firm in the truth, and share the truth with others.
