To alleviate investors’ concerns about whether both parties would sell their shares after the divorce, the announcement mentioned that Shen Dongri and Weng Jie both issued a “Shareholding Reduction Commitment Letter”, confirming that there was no subjective intention to evade the reduction regulations. They both have no plans to increase or decrease their shares in the listed company in the next 12 months.

Public records show that Langzi Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, headquartered in Beijing. The company’s main business includes high-end women’s fashion, medical beauty, and green infant products. It is the first A-share listed company in China’s high-end women’s fashion industry and a listed company in China’s medical beauty sector.

According to Langzi’s “2026 Half-Year Performance Forecast”, the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of 65-95 million yuan in the first half of the year, representing a year-on-year decrease of 65.78% to 76.59%.
