White House Releases “Must-Watch” Video: Trump Dances Traditional Malaysian Dance

On October 27, 2025, President Trump arrived in Malaysia to a warm welcome. Among the cheers, Trump showcased his unique “Trump dance” in front of the welcoming committee, adding to the festive atmosphere.

The White House described this as the “Trump Dance – Malaysian Edition!”

Malaysia marks the first stop of Trump’s five-day Asia tour. Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and other officials personally greeted the U.S. President at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, rolling out the red carpet for Trump’s arrival.

As part of the welcoming ceremony, Malaysia arranged a group dressed in traditional attire. Trump, unexpectedly, joined in a dance with them, prompting cheers from the crowd. Prime Minister Anwar also joined in, making the scene lively and engaging.

However, Trump’s dance was unique – the Trump dance. The White House released a video on social media platform X with the caption “MUST WATCH.” (Click here to watch the video)

In another video, Trump interacted with the crowd, holding the American flag in one hand and the Malaysian flag in the other, exuding happiness.

After the airport welcome, Trump and Anwar traveled to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center for the ASEAN Summit.

During his time in Malaysia, Trump witnessed Thailand and Cambodia signing an enhanced ceasefire agreement and held a meeting with Brazilian President Lula. He also signed a series of trade and mineral agreements with several Southeast Asian leaders.

Following his schedule, Trump is set to visit Japan on Monday for a meeting with the new Prime Minister, Sanae Takichi. He will then travel to South Korea to attend the APEC Summit, where he will meet with Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
