When 2-year-old Remy and newborn Reaney met for the first time, they seemed like sisters who had known each other for a lifetime. Remy’s beaming big sister smile was their only way of communication.

They described their eldest daughter Remy as curious and adventurous. 31-year-old Nicole told Epoch Times that Remy always asks questions and eagerly engages in adult conversations.
Five-month-old Reaney and her big sister are inseparable, constantly by each other’s side. Initially, the relationship between them was a vague concept for Remy.
In August 2023, when Remy was 20 months old, Nicole learned she was pregnant again. It took Remy a while to comprehend that she had a little sister growing inside her mom and eventually understand the significance of having a newborn sister.
“For the next 9 months, I talked to her every day about her upcoming ‘little sister’,” Nicole said. “I involved her in all the preparations to make things fun and exciting.”

She sat on the bed with her mom and then, as she looked around, suddenly noticed her newborn sister lying peacefully in a special transparent tray designed for infants. Nicole mentioned, “Remy wanted to hold and kiss her baby sister, it was like love at first sight for her.”
It’s worth mentioning that big sister Remy also joyfully gifted her newborn sister a new pink dress with ruffles.
