In the United States, obtaining a bachelor’s degree is no longer the only path to securing a high-paying job. The latest report released by online job service company “Resume Genius” reveals that there are 15 highest-paying jobs that do not require a four-year college degree.
Based on data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the report challenges the notion that high-paying jobs are only attainable through traditional education. Eva Chan, a career expert at Resume Genius, emphasized that “there is not just one road to a high-paying job.”
Chan pointed out that while in the past these jobs may not have been considered high-paying careers, there is a growing recognition that blue-collar positions and technical trades can offer lucrative salaries and ample opportunities for advancement.
She also noted that while these jobs may not require a traditional four-year degree, they do necessitate “real skills and real training.”
“By continuously working hard and excelling in building interpersonal relationships, your salary can grow rapidly,” she added.
