In Texas, USA, a 95-year-old man is still working as a bus driver and has no intentions of retiring. He has recently been officially recognized by the Guinness World Records as the world’s oldest bus driver.

According to the Guinness World Records, the elderly man named Raymond Hager works as a bus driver in the northern Texas city of Wichita Falls. As of May 13, he broke the record for the oldest male bus driver at the age of 94 years and 176 days.

Reported by KFDX TV on November 23, Hager has been driving buses in Wichita Falls for 27 years. His love for driving started at a young age, and this passion not only made him a record holder but also led the city government to name November 18 (his birthday) in his honor.

Hager mentioned that he started driving at the age of 14 and has always had a fondness for large vehicles, enjoying the experience of cruising on the roads. Although he had initially planned to retire at 95, he has decided to continue driving as long as his health permits.

He proudly declares, “I am the world’s oldest bus driver.”

Hager currently has no plans to retire and continues to drive buses through the streets of Wichita Falls, inspiring many with his dedication and passion for driving.
