At the age of 61, She Kebing has previously served as a member of the Shannan Prefecture Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, as well as Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Tibet Party Committee. In January 2013, She Kebing was appointed Vice President of the Tibet High Court and a member of the Trial Committee.
On March 29 of this year, She Kebing was dismissed from his position, having served in that role for 11 years.
