He Jinli First Interviewed: Engaged in a Heated Debate with Host

Less than three weeks away from election day, Democratic presidential candidate Heather Jinli is intensifying her efforts to gain the support of Republican and independent voters.

On Wednesday, October 17th, Heather Jinli participated in her first interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier, engaging in a heated debate on immigration and policy positions. The nearly 30-minute conversation escalated with both parties interrupting each other repeatedly, exchanging sharp remarks.

As Heather Jinli responded to Baier’s questions on immigration, she was continuously interrupted, prompting her to request, “Can I finish speaking? …Please let me finish.”

Regarding the issue of immigration, Heather Jinli expressed regret over the incidents of sexual assault and murder of American women by illegal immigrants released during the Biden administration. She also criticized Trump for blocking a bipartite immigration bill that could have increased border funding.

A recent “floating corpse case” in the United States has sparked widespread attention. After 12-year-old girl Jocelyn Nungaray sneaked out of her house at midnight, her body was found in a stream the following morning, showing signs of probable sexual assault and murder. Following the police investigation, two Venezuelan male illegal immigrants were arrested and charged with murder.

Baier played a video of Jocelyn’s mother, Alexis Nungaray, blaming the Biden administration for releasing detained illegal immigrants, which led to her daughter’s death.

After watching the video, Heather Jinli expressed deep sorrow for the mother’s ordeal, stating, “I am deeply saddened by her experience.”

She mentioned no longer supporting the legalization of illegal border crossings, which was proposed in 2019. Heather Jinli said, “That was five years ago, and I am very clear that I will abide by the law.”

When asked about allowing illegal immigrants to obtain US driver’s licenses and subsidized healthcare, Heather Jinli gave a similar response.

She stated that the White House has proposed increasing border resources, strengthening penalties for illegal border crossings, and addressing issues at entry points. Heather Jinli emphasized, “We have recognized that illegal immigration is the primary issue since day one in office, and it is our country’s and American citizens’ top priority. Our focus has always been on solving the problem.”

During the interview, Heather Jinli also addressed concerns about her potential alignment with Biden’s policies once in the White House.

These concerns arose when a week ago, she failed to clearly articulate the differences in her governance direction from Biden’s on an ABC talk show and mentioned having “no specific ideas” for the future. This statement led to furrowed brows among Heather Jinli’s staff and criticisms from Republican presidential candidate Trump on social media calling it “Heather Jinli’s dumbest response so far”.

On Wednesday, Heather Jinli firmly stated on Fox News, “My presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency if elected.”
She did not offer specific details but stated, “Like every new president, I will bring my life experiences, professional experiences, and new and innovative ideas.”

She explained that her campaign philosophy is to “turn over a new leaf from the past ten years. We have been weighed down by the kind of rhetoric from Donald Trump during these ten years.”

When discussing Biden’s mental health, Heather Jinli expressed confidence in Biden’s “judgment” and “experience,” while questioning Trump’s leadership capabilities.

“People are tired of a leader who claims to be a leader but denigrates others and brings personal grudges into play. Such a leader is unstable,” Heather Jinli said. If a leader’s actions or decisions are inconsistent, it undermines their credibility as a leader.

Trump’s campaign spokesperson, Karoline Leavitt, stated, “Heather Jinli’s anger and defensiveness displayed on the program show she cannot handle the responsibility of addressing the issues facing the American people.” She added, “If Heather Jinli cannot handle the pressure of an interview with Fox News, she certainly cannot handle the pressure of being the President of the United States.”
