【Epoch Times, October 12, 2025】The salesperson Mou Qianwen from Qingdao, Shandong province, known for selling 170 Porsches per year, has recently become the center of attention due to a malicious AI-synthesized video and harassment phone calls bombardment. The incident went viral on Weibo.
On October 10th, Mou Qianwen took to social media to address the issue of numerous false videos maliciously synthesized using AI technology, some resembling her facial features, circulating online. These videos aimed to defame and insult her, even going as far as disclosing her phone number and WeChat ID, significantly impacting her daily life.
She declared a “war on the rumor mongers,” reporting the case to the police and vowing to hold all involved parties accountable, offering a reward for valuable information.
According to JiMu News, Mou Qianwen has been bombarded with harassing phone calls and received numerous unknown friend requests on WeChat. She even shared the conversation records of others’ invitation chats online.
Mainland Chinese netizens have been actively discussing the issue, with comments like: “Selling 170 Porsches in a year has brought trouble!” “The girl is beautiful, sweet-talking, patient, and attentive, gaining customers’ trust, but falling victim to envy from peers.”
At the age of 34, Mou Qianwen gained attention for selling 170 Porsches per year. In January 2025, she disclosed that she had sold a total of 170 Porsches by December 31, 2024, maintaining this record for two consecutive years.
Responding to online skepticism about her performance, she clarified through videos multiple times that the annual sales volume of 170 cars is real. She mentioned that sixty to seventy percent of her clients are female and she has never gone out for a meal with clients due to car sales.
She explained, “With regular Porsche sales, a yearly salary of tens of thousands is possible, but exceeding a hundred thousand is very difficult. I work long hours every day, no time for meals with clients let alone anything else.” She praised herself, saying, “My greatest strength is my sincerity, whether towards superiors or customers, they can feel my sincerity.”
On June 1st, she posted on her personal social media account that she had achieved 20 orders in April, 18 in May, and a total of over 80 orders in the first five months of the year. On September 29th, she live-streamed her plans for the National Day holiday, working for seven out of the eight days, with only a day off.
During a chat with netizens, she revealed that she once again became the sales champion in September, boasting that there are “rarely moments when I am not the top salesperson.”
