Mysterious Metal Sphere Discovered in Colombia Sparks UFO Speculation

Scientists are currently studying a metal sphere that they believe may have come from outer space. The metal sphere was discovered earlier this year in Colombia, sparking heated online discussions about unidentified flying objects (UFOs).

The sphere is decorated with ornate etchings. According to the social media account @Truthpolex, the sphere appeared in the sky over Buga, Colombia on March 2 before crashing. Jose Luis Velazquez, one of the researchers studying this three-layered sphere, pointed out that the multi-layered sphere has “no welding or seams,” making it unlike anything man-made.

Reports about this sphere have piqued the interest of many UFO enthusiasts, leading to vibrant online debates. After the video was shared online, it has garnered over 500,000 views.

In the video, Velazquez also mentions that X-rays revealed varying densities between the layers of the sphere.

Julia Mossbridge, the founder and board chair of The Institute for Love and Time (TILT) and a member of the physics and biophysics department at the University of San Diego, expressed skepticism about the extraterrestrial origin of the sphere. She urged caution and advised against jumping to conclusions.

Last year, the Pentagon released a report stating that there has been no confirmed sightings of UFOs of extraterrestrial origin or encounters between humans and alien life forms. In response, the US Congress ordered the report to be part of a historical investigation into UFOs, which includes classified and unclassified documents, as well as new interviews. The Department of Defense established the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) to specifically handle new related reports.
