On the morning of August 8th, an aircraft bearing the logo of “Security International” crashed in a village in Basuo Town, Dongfang City, Hainan Province. The current situation regarding casualties is unclear.
A video shared by netizens shows a white aircraft crashed on the ground, with shattered cockpit windows and the words “Security International” printed on the fuselage. The person filming the video said, “The plane has been falling for 10 minutes, still leaking oil, and the ground is covered in oil.”
An eyewitness reported that the incident occurred around 7 am on the 8th. They heard a loud thud and didn’t see anyone inside the plane, which crashed in a dragon fruit orchard.
According to a report from the New Jing Daily’s “Our Video,” village cadres in Basuo Town and surrounding areas stated that the involved aircraft was a small plane. They suspected that it may have veered off the runway during takeoff. The pilot is reportedly unharmed, and further details are under investigation.
Around 10 am on the 8th, government officials from Basuo Town informed journalists from “Focus News” that they had just received reports of the aircraft crash and had dispatched personnel to the scene. Details regarding casualties and the cause of the crash are still unclear.
