On December 26, the “China Business News – Dafeng News” reported that on December 24 around 19:45, at 120 Jinhai Road, Jiaji Town, Qionghai City, He (male, 28 years old) was riding a two-wheeled motorcycle without a license. He hit a parked car on the roadside while riding the bike, then got into an argument with the police and assaulted them.”
