Japanese “Bossa Nova Queen” Lisa Ono’s 2024 brand new tour, the “35th Anniversary World Tour Concert,” kicked off in Taiwan, with the first stop at the National Theater of Taichung. On June 8th, she will head to Kaohsiung, where she has invited Vivian Hsu to be the special guest for the Kaohsiung stop.

Lisa Ono and Vivian Hsu have never met in person but have long admired each other.

Lisa praised Vivian’s work during the “Black Biscuit” period and especially her 1999 Japanese album “LIFE,” appreciating Vivian’s speaking eyes that seem to convey different messages and stories, making her a substantial artist.
