On the afternoon of December 5th, Eastern Time, the Washington-based think tank, the “Committee on the Present Danger of China (CPDC)” will host a webinar titled “Does the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) tacitly approve Wall Street’s blood transfusion to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)?” New Tang Dynasty and Epoch Times will be live streaming the event with real-time Chinese subtitles.
The Deputy Director of the National and Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate at the Idaho National Laboratory, Zachary Tudor, recently issued a stark warning to Congress, highlighting the significant threat posed by communist China. Tudor stated that the strategy calls for “winning without fighting, or by weakening the opponent’s confidence and capabilities, achieving strategic objectives without direct conflict.”
The CPDC webinar will assess to what extent U.S. investments in communist China jeopardize national security and argue that not only is there a need for stricter “scrutiny” of such subversive activities, but they must be terminated – starting with immediately terminating the “sweetheart” Memorandum of Understanding signed between the previous administration and the CCP.
