Israel is intensifying efforts to eliminate the threat posed by the current Iranian regime, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu telling the Iranian people on Tuesday (March 10) that the Israeli military will “create conditions” for them in the coming days to “take control of their own destiny”.
Netanyahu addressed the Iranian people through the social media platform X on Tuesday, stating that they are engaged in a historical battle for freedom. He emphasized that this is a rare opportunity for the Iranian people to overthrow the Ayatollah regime and secure their freedom. Netanyahu mentioned the joint efforts with the United States to strike Tehran’s tyrant with unprecedented force.
“The Ayatollah (Khamenei) is no longer around, and I know you don’t want to see him replaced by another tyrant. Therefore, you must act. We are creating conditions for you to take action. We have targeted numerous regime objectives, eliminated thousands of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) thugs, and destroyed hundreds of missile launchers,” Netanyahu stated.
“Our actions target regime objectives, and we make every effort to avoid harming the Iranian people. We are your allies – your best allies. We fully respect your sovereignty, culture, and traditions. You have requested help, and that help has arrived.”
“We will continue to intensify efforts to strike at the tyrants who have intimidated you for decades. The Ayatollah and his cronies are fleeing – but these cowards have nowhere to hide. In the coming days, we will create conditions for you to take control of your destiny,” he added.
“Your dreams will become reality. When the time is right – and that moment is rapidly approaching – we will pass the torch to you,” Netanyahu said, concluding his message to the Iranian people, urging them to be prepared and seize this moment.
Netanyahu had previously expressed his desire to assist the Iranian people in breaking free from “tyranny”. A video released by the Israeli Government Press Office showed Netanyahu on Tuesday (March 10) at the Israel National Health Control Center receiving updates from health officials. He affirmed, “There is no doubt that through the actions we are currently taking, we are breaking their (Iranian tyranny’s) bones, and there will be more to come.”
