The woman said that both she and her husband enjoy playing various scratch-off lottery tickets, especially “Diamonds & Gold.” When they scratched off the ticket together on their anniversary, her husband was the first to see the $2 million amount. He thought something was not right, so they took the ticket to a store to have it scanned.
They asked a friend to scan the ticket using a mobile app. “When the screen showed $2 million, I started shaking and was completely shocked. It was very exciting, the best surprise for our wedding anniversary,” she exclaimed.
