Anonymous 64 Strikes the Defense Supply Chain: Shenyang Ziwei and Suzhou Huadian Network Exposed

Anonymous 64’s third wave targeted companies closely tied to China’s aerospace and defense lines, including Shenyang Ziwei Testing Instruments, Suzhou Huadian Network, and Longking Environmental. The inserted articles revealed how these firms cooperated with Fourth Plenum agendas and condemned the “wealth feast for the elite,” asserting it comes at the cost of ordinary citizens treated as “human ore.”

The hackers published what appear to be internal document screenshots indicating the companies were instructed to accelerate support for “15th Five-Year Plan” advanced-manufacturing objectives under strict nondisclosure agreements. Anonymous 64 claimed the files prove that patronage networks and fund flows are controlled by a privileged few, calling attention to labor rights and environmental impacts across the new-energy and defense supply chains.

Cybersecurity observers noted that the incident highlights supply-chain security gaps and the lack of intrusion detection and incident-response capabilities within the companies. Chinese authorities have yet to comment on the authenticity of the documents, but Anonymous 64 stated that if officials deny the claims it will release additional evidence and seek verification from international cybersecurity organizations.
