Australian Member of Parliament Shayne Neumann led a delegation to visit President Tsai Ing-wen on the 8th. Neumann expressed that maintaining the status quo at present presents many challenges, but Australia stands with Taiwan, and Australia will work towards common goals with Taiwan through various international forums to strengthen the unity between Taiwan and Australia.
