【Epoch Times News on December 28, 2024】Popular internet influencer Bajiong and Minnan Wolf Chen Boyuan recently released the first part of a video exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) tactics in its campaign against Taiwan, with the second part set to go online this evening. In the afternoon, they attended an international press conference with the founder of TSMC, Cao Xingcheng, where they revealed new tactics used by the CCP in its efforts to influence Taiwan, hoping to raise awareness and vigilance in Taiwan and internationally.
Million-subscriber Youtuber Bajiong and singer-songwriter Chen Boyuan, also known as Minnan Wolf, received positive feedback online after releasing a collaborative documentary exposing the CCP’s influence campaign against Taiwan. ) features Chen Boyuan and a cameraman posing as a Taiwanese youth with aspirations for China. Through interactions with local Chinese contacts, they discovered the latest tactics employed by the CCP in its influence campaign against Taiwan. This includes the CCP aggressively encouraging Taiwanese citizens to obtain Chinese identification cards, with tens of thousands reportedly applying from Taiwan, posing a new national security crisis.
Chen Boyuan personally visited a “Taiwanese youth base” within the CCP’s propaganda apparatus, where he found most office locations to be shell companies. The documentary further exposes the operational details of local collaborators in Taiwan and how they lure Taiwanese individuals to China, revealing the lies beneath the CCP’s glamorous facade.
Chen Boyuan expressed his seriousness in making the documentary, risking his life to film on location at CCP influence bases, despite being labeled a “little pink” by the CCP. He emphasized that this documentary, unveiling the CCP’s influence tactics, will be the final one, as obtaining similar content in the future will become increasingly difficult. He stated that he will not step foot in China again and hopes the documentary will awaken more Taiwanese to the dangers posed by CCP influence.
Cao Xingcheng, the founder of TSMC, explained that the CCP’s united front tactics involve uniting against minor enemies to defeat the main enemy, with the minor enemies becoming major enemies afterward. He highlighted the perpetual struggle emphasized in the Chinese constitution, which labels those opposing its system or ideology as class enemies, requiring continual opposition. Cao urged broad dissemination and viewing of the documentary to expose the CCP’s calculated efforts to eliminate Taiwan.
Bajiong announced that the second part of the documentary will be released on his YouTube channel this evening, urging the public to pay attention to this important issue. He acknowledged the significant risks involved in releasing the documentary, as it may offend the CCP government, Taiwan’s pro-China elements, and involved Taiwanese collaborators and criminal elements. Despite these risks, he is willing to bear the consequences and hopes for increased awareness and understanding of Taiwan’s situation within Taiwanese society and the government.
Chen Boyuan confirmed that he has recently received numerous threatening phone calls, with the callers inquiring about his whereabouts. He defiantly stated, “I will not fear you,” and has requested police assistance.
Bajiong mentioned that he has been producing content on the CCP’s influence campaign for 3-4 years but has struggled with a lack of direct evidence. His collaboration with Chen Boyuan aims to raise awareness among Taiwanese society and the government, with Bajiong noting the dangerous situation they are in. He also mentioned leaving behind multiple pieces of evidence that will be released in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
