On Monday morning (December 16), a shooting incident occurred at a religious school in Wisconsin, according to American law enforcement officials. The incident resulted in multiple injuries.
A spokesperson for the Dane County Sheriff’s Office in the state of Wisconsin stated that around 11 a.m. local time on Monday, they received a report of a shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin.
Madison is located about 80 miles from the state capital of Milwaukee.
Madison Police Department later posted on Facebook that they are still investigating the shooting incident. Reports indicate that several people were injured.
Authorities have advised people to stay away from the area of the incident as roads in the vicinity will be blocked off for investigation purposes.
