Chongqing girl beaten due to school bullying and kidney and spleen damaged at home by kidnapper

Chongqing City – Fengdu County – A 3rd-grade girl named Zhang Jinbao was bullied on campus, causing her organs to fail due to chronic injuries inflicted by a male classmate. Over the years, Zhang Jinbao’s mother, Zhang Cuiying, has been advocating for justice to various government departments but has faced various forms of persecution. Recently, while Zhang Jinbao was at home recovering, she was kidnapped by over twenty people and has since gone missing.

On the morning of November 22nd around 10 o’clock, a criminal gang of over twenty people broke into the house, kidnapped Zhang Jinbao, and sped away in an unlicensed ambulance. Zhang Cuiying has been filing reports with the police in recent days, but no action has been taken by the authorities.

Back on March 13, 2013, Zhang Jinbao, a third-grader at Xinjian Elementary School in Fengdu County, Chongqing, was physically harmed by a male classmate, Dai Yunfei, resulting in a damaged left kidney and spleen, requiring a kidney transplant. Due to the significant medical expenses for the transplant, the family could not afford it, leading Zhang Jinbao to spend six years at the Chongqing Children’s Hospital. However, the school has refused to cover Zhang Jinbao’s medical expenses since January 19, 2014, leaving her untreated to this day.

Lack of funds for proper treatment has led Zhang Jinbao to suffer from chronic organ failure, kidney disease syndrome, high uric acid levels, urinary tract infections, chronic severe pneumonia, chronic heart failure, chronic kidney failure, ischemic optic nerve atrophy in both eyes, and other severe conditions, with her health deteriorating significantly.

In her quest for justice for her daughter, Zhang Cuiying has been advocating for their rights to various government departments but has faced various forms of persecution, including being illegally detained in custody twice. She was forcefully attacked by female inmates, resulting in multiple broken ribs, protruding lumbar vertebrae, and traumatic brain injury syndrome.

During a visit to the Fengdu County government on October 12, 2013, Zhang Cuiying was assaulted by five security guards, resulting in injuries all over her body. She was detained twice, handcuffed, tied to a torture bed, denied food, and deprived of hygiene facilities. Later, she was held in a black prison set up by the Xinjian Community Committee, where several underworld figures monitored her 24/7, and she passed out multiple times due to torture.

On March 22, 2019, while caring for her daughter at the Children’s Hospital, Chongqing Yuzhong District Public Security Bureau detained Zhang Cuiying at the police station, followed by over a hundred people and several vehicles forcibly taking Zhang Jinbao, who had been in the hospital for six years, back home from Chongqing Medical University Children’s Hospital.

On November 20, the community director notified Zhang Cuiying that on November 25 at 5 p.m., she was required to attend a meeting at the Fengdu County Petition Office, Room 131, where the Deputy County Mayor in charge of education, leaders from the Petition Office, the Education Commission, Public Security Bureau, Sanhe Street, Community, He Zan, Xinjian Elementary School, and others would jointly address the bullying incident on campus involving Zhang Jinbao.

Zhang Cuiying stated that on the 22nd of November at around 9 o’clock, she went out to discuss the upcoming meeting at the Sanhe Street Office with Mei Jianguo. However, at around 10 o’clock, the Fengdu County government and the Public Security Bureau sent a group with mafia-like characteristics to her home. They broke in, beat up her sister, Zhang Cuizhen, who lived with her, snatched her phone, and forcibly took Zhang Jinbao in an unmarked ambulance, and she has been missing since.

Despite reporting to the police more than a hundred times, Zhang Cuiying received police intervention only twice, with no cases being filed.
