According to a report by New Beijing News “Our Video”, nearby vendors stated that there were many people selling vegetables at the scene, as well as people buying vegetables.

The Kaiping City police in Guangdong reported that at 8:34 am on November 10th, a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Shuguang West Road and Jianlian Street in Kaiping City, resulting in 8 injuries.

According to the report, a 25-year-old man named Cai was driving a small sedan at the aforementioned address when he collided with pedestrians due to improper operation. After the accident, Cai immediately stopped the car and called the police. The police have ruled out suspicion of drunk driving or driving under the influence for Cai.

Currently, the injured individuals are receiving medical treatment.
