A female student in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province recently applied for the position of assistant to the general manager at Youkaitao Company and was asked to accompany the manager to sleep and engage in romantic activities during her trial period. Currently, the company and position cannot be found on online platforms, and the legal representative has refused to respond.
On November 6th, a female in Xi’an posted a warning online saying, “Beware! The assistant to the general manager of Youkaitao in Xi’an requires a relationship to be established.” She was only told on the day of the interview that her responsibilities would involve assisting the manager and occasional socializing. However, the next day during the trial period, another boss insisted on the need for accommodation.
Some chat screenshots showed a person labeled as “Director Chen” asking the female to engage in a romantic relationship. The female was looking for a job on the BOSS Zhipin platform.
According to the Lu Zhong Chen Bao report, on November 7th, staff from the company involved said, “If you (the woman) don’t want to go, then don’t go, it’s nothing.”
BOSS Zhipin customer service stated: “We have already seen this matter and will have dedicated staff to follow up and handle it.”

Public information shows that Xi’an Youkaitao Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was established on June 18, 2024, with a registered capital of 300,000 yuan. Reported by Chinese media, on the afternoon of November 7th, contact was made with the legal representative of the company involved, named Ying, who said, “Stop calling me, calling me is useless,” and then hung up.
On the evening of November 9th, the Xi’an police issued a notification stating that on November 7th, the man involved in the case had been brought in for investigation by the police and received administrative penalties.
The notification stated that on November 5th, during Zhu (female, 28 years old)’s job application at a certain company, the general manager of the company, Chen (male, 34 years old), sent inappropriate messages to Zhu, disrupting her normal life. Chen has apologized to Zhu and obtained forgiveness.
Da Feng News reported that on November 7th, during a field visit to the company involved, it was discovered that the registered address of the company was false and it was actually a certain accounting agency. The actual office address of the company was located on a different floor, with the front door of the building tightly closed.
The property management company stated that there were only a group of girls sitting around playing on their phones, creating a “very mysterious” atmosphere.
