49-year-old official in Shanxi province dies suddenly, scene details exposed.

Recently, more details about the sudden death of Wang Zhiwen, the Party Secretary and Director of the Shuocheng Sub-bureau of the Ecology and Environment Bureau in Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, were disclosed, once again drawing public attention to the frequent sudden deaths of young and middle-aged people on the mainland.

According to a report by Jiemu News on April 11th, on the day of the incident, Wang Zhiwen’s wife, Ms. Zhang, stated that the forensic medical certificate stated that Wang Zhiwen died suddenly. Wang Zhiwen passed away due to a sudden illness in his office on April 1.

Ms. Zhang said that Wang Zhiwen was in good health before his death, besides having some high blood pressure issues, there were no other health problems, and the incident was very sudden.

She mentioned that when she rushed to the hospital on the day of the incident, medical staff were trying to save her husband. “The nurse said he had lost consciousness at that time.” She later learned that around 5:50 pm on April 1, his colleagues saw him sitting in a chair with his head tilted back at the entrance, calling out to him without a response. They approached and noticed that he looked unwell, immediately dialed 120. The ambulance took him to the hospital, but the rescue efforts were in vain, and he passed away.

Upon returning to Wang Zhiwen’s office, she saw that “the cushion her daughter bought for her father was wet with urine.”

Wang Zhiwen and his wife have two children, with their eldest daughter pursuing postgraduate studies and their younger son preparing to take the college entrance exam in June.

On April 9th, staff from the Shuocheng Sub-bureau of the Ecology and Environment Bureau in Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, stated that Wang Zhiwen passed away due to a sudden illness in his office, with the rescue efforts being unsuccessful. He was only 49 years old.

Public records show that in early 2019, Wang Zhiwen served as the director of the Rightyu Sub-bureau of the Ecology and Environment Bureau in Shuozhou City.

In February 2020, Wang Zhiwen was transferred to the Shuocheng Sub-bureau of the Ecology and Environment Bureau in Shuozhou City as the Party Secretary and Director.

He mentioned a significant increase in the proportion of young patients under 40 coming for consultations, stating that “recently, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of young patients in their 30s, 40s, and even in their 20s seeking medical attention.”

This trend was similarly confirmed at the Third People’s Hospital in Chengdu. Dr. Zhang Zhen, Director of the Cardiovascular Department, mentioned that compared to the same period last year, there had been an increase of over 20% in the cardiology outpatient volume recently. Among them, the proportion of young patients under 40 accounted for around ten percent, while the overall percentage of patients under 60 exceeded 50%.
