Female Tycoon Exposes Teen Blood Trade Industry, Haier Group Urgently Cuts Ties

Amidst the spotlight on the dark underworld of forced organ harvesting by the Chinese Communist Party, Chinese female tycoon Yu Wenhong made headlines last year by revealing that she provided the blood of young people to rich and powerful individuals to “maintain youth,” sparking public attention. Haier Group, which has a blood products industry under its wing, also appeared in the relationship network introduced by Yu Wenhong. On March 30, Haier urgently issued a statement, stating that Yu Wenhong and the Yugirl Group have no relationship with Haier, and that the “blood exchange” related business is not related to Haier. However, public records indicate that Yu Wenhong is suspected to have a cooperation relationship with Haier.

On the morning of March 30, Yingkang Life WeChat public account released a statement under the name of Haier Group (Qingdao) Jingying Holdings Co., Ltd. The statement, signed by Haier Jin Control, addressed Yu Wenhong, chairman of the Yugirl Group, claiming to be part of the Haier Group, Yingkang Life Investment Enterprise, and the business of “extracting blood from young people and exchanging blood for treatment” as “rumors” and “seriously misleading the public.”

The statement from Haier Jin Control stated that Yu Wenhong and Yugirl have no relationship with Haier. Yu Wenhong is not an employee of Haier, and Haier Group and its subsidiaries have never had any cooperation with Yugirl. The statement emphasized that the “blood exchange” related business is not associated with Haier, and Haier Group and its subsidiaries have never engaged in or participated in the rumored “blood microvesicle extraction, blood exchange treatment,” and other businesses.

Haier also expressed its determination to “firmly protect rights and pursue legal responsibilities.”

Public records show that Haier Group started its so-called big health strategy early on, and Yingkang Life is a large-scale health ecological brand launched by Haier Group in 2019. It has since made strategic layouts in the fields of life sciences, clinical medicine, and biotechnology, owning three listed companies including Haier Biology, Yingkang Life, and Shanghai Laisi. In 2023, Haier Group invested 12.5 billion yuan to control the blood products industry giant Shanghai Laisi. In 2024, Shanghai Laisi invested 4.2 billion yuan to acquire Nanyue Biology Company, increasing the number of plasma collection stations to 53, with a plasma collection volume of nearly 1800 tons per year. A 2024 report by Sina referred to Shanghai Laisi as the “Chinese Blood King.”

Yu Wenhong, born in July 1971 in Dalian, Liaoning Province, is the founder of Hong Kong’s Yugirl International Group. After graduating from vocational school, she worked as a flight attendant for one or two years before delving into the beauty salon business. In 1993, Yu Wenhong founded the Yugirl Image Design Studio in Dalian, Liaoning Province, and in 2004, she established the Hong Kong Yugirl International Group. However, in May 2011, she was exposed by China Central Television for not having a medical practitioner qualification. In 2014, she acquired the Black Forest Sanatorium in Germany. In 2022, institutions under Yu Wenhong’s umbrella were fined 88.27 million yuan for tax evasion.

In recent years, Yu Wenhong has frequently flaunted her skills in skincare. In a Douyin video, she boldly claimed that she “exchanges blood” every month, extracting microvesicles that only exist in the blood of 17-21-year-old young men, using a high concentration, incorporating microvesicles extracted from “the blood of many people” into one person. After this blood exchange, the individual apparently rejuvenates instantly, with various physical conditions greatly improving.

In one of the videos, Yu Wenhong introduced this “monopolistic blood exchange therapy” to a male client in Malaysia, mentioning that her backer is the Haier Group, which has spent over a hundred billion acquiring a market-leading blood product pharmaceutical company. She also indicated that they have approval from the Chinese Communist Party, allowing them to monopolistically use the blood products for third-grade hospitals, solely extracting microvesicles from the blood of 17-21-year-old males. The divulged information from the video is unprecedented, sparking heated discussions online. Many netizens exclaimed, “Where does all this young blood come from?”, “Is this the reason why China always faces blood shortages?” Some expressed concerns about the high number of children who go missing each year, urging mainland parents to watch over their children closely.

The mystery of several top celebrities “rejuvenating” has garnered attention in recent times. The 62-year-old martial arts superstar Jet Li was previously seen aged, but suddenly appeared youthful. Speculations arise among netizens about whether they have undergone the injection of microvesicles from young men’s blood to achieve this transformation.

Although Haier’s statement claims that Yu Wenhong and Yugirl have no association with the company and have not cooperated in any way, Yu Wenhong mentioned in the video that the company she collaborates with is called “Xunshang,” with the parent company being Haier Group.

According to China Daily Online, on March 22, 2025, Xunshang Ruirui Hospital and Imperial College London jointly established a medical school, set to land in Chengdu. The report mentioned that “Xunshang Ruirui Hospital (SuperiorMed & Perennial Hospitals) is an international chain medical institution created by a renowned Chinese national enterprise and a large Singaporean industrial group’s medical industry company, in collaboration with the century-old German Black Forest Sanatorium. In addition to the Chengdu hospital which is operational, hospitals in Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Xi’an, Kunming, and Haikou are planned to start operation between 2025 and 2028. The three major conglomerates have extensively established medical and health institutions and medical health cities in 16 countries and regions worldwide.”

The Singaporean industrial group mentioned in the report is the Peng Ruili Group. The other collaborator, the German Black Forest Sanatorium, was acquired by Yu Wenhong in 2014.

The report did not specify which Chinese national enterprise was involved. However, online recruitment information from the Xunshang Medical Group introduces the company as an advanced medical sector jointly funded by the global Fortune 500 Haier Group, focusing on investing and operating multiple high-end medical brands worldwide.

Yu Wenhong’s public promotion last year about providing young blood to the wealthy and powerful has sparked controversies, with Haier only coming forward now to “debunk” and disassociate themselves, leaving many questions unanswered.

In fact, blood transfusions for anti-aging and longevity have long been applied by senior Chinese Communist Party officials. According to Li Zhisui’s book “The Private Life of Chairman Mao’s Doctor,” during the Cultural Revolution, senior CCP military leaders such as Huang Yongsheng and Qiu Huizu popularized the transfusion of blood from young soldiers as a type of tonic. Jiang Qing learned that the blood of young, strong men could extend lifespan, resulting in arrangements for young soldiers to donate blood for her transfusions.

Chinese affairs expert Mao Sidi mentioned that in the 1960s, high-ranking CCP officials were already using the blood of young people for rejuvenation, and in the 1980s, they shifted towards organ transplants.

In recent years, it has been exposed that CCP officials rely on a large supply of young blood sourced from the military. Subsequently, they turned to military hospitals for live organ transplants, continuously replacing aging organs.

During the military parade in Beijing on September 3 last year, Xi Jinping’s conversation with Vladimir Putin on the way to the viewing platform was unexpectedly broadcast. Xi remarked, “At 70, I am still a child.” Excitedly, Putin said, “Continuously changing organs might grant eternal youth.” Xi Jinping responded, “I am expected to live to 150 years in this century.” This event has sparked speculations about the “981 Leader Health Project” specially researched by the CCP for extending the lives of high-ranking officials.
