Video: F-35 fighter jet takes off from USS Lincoln to strike Iran

On Monday (March 23), the American “Epic Fury” operation entered its fourth week. The Central Command released a video of F-35 fighter jets taking off from the aircraft carrier “Abraham Lincoln,” showcasing the Lincoln and its aircraft continuing to carry out the “Epic Fury” operation.

The Central Command stated in a press release, “Flight operations on the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) continue to support the ‘Epic Fury’ operation as the carrier sails in regional waters.”

The video shows an F-35 fighter jet and other aircraft taking off from the flight deck, carrying out relevant missions in the region.

The “Lincoln” is the first carrier to carry the Marine Corps’ F-35C squadron – the “Black Knights.” These fifth-generation fighter jets bring unparalleled stealth capabilities to the region.

The nickname “Black Knights” of the VMFA-314 fighter attack squadron under the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing made history with the F-35C fighter jets in combat during a November airstrike against Yemeni rebels.

In addition to releasing the video of F-35 jets taking off from the carrier, the Central Command also released photos of the F-22 fighter jets on Tuesday. The command stated that on March 15, a U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor fighter jet was preparing to carry out combat flight missions in the “Epic Fury” operation.

The American F-22 fighter jet is the world’s most advanced air superiority fighter. Its sophisticated stealth technology makes it difficult to be detected by radar. There have been incidents where U.S. F-22 jets flew near Iranian aircraft undetected, signaling them to “go home.”

On November 1, 2012, an F-22 jet flew under an Iranian F-4 Phantom aircraft to inspect their weapons without being detected. The F-22 then appeared next to the Iranian aircraft and the F-22 pilot told the Iranian pilot, “You really should go home.”

The Central Command also stated on Tuesday that the U.S. military has destroyed over 9,000 military targets within Iran, significantly weakening the Iranian regime’s operational capabilities. The command also released a video of the U.S. bombing Iranian facilities.

According to a report by Israel’s Channel 12, the Trump administration has presented 15 conditions to Iran to end the war.

The report states that Trump advisors Kushner and Whitkoff have devised a plan with a one-month ceasefire as its core, with efforts to reach these 15 agreements during the ceasefire.

These conditions include dismantling Iran’s nuclear capabilities, prohibiting uranium enrichment activities within the country, and requiring the Iranian authorities to transfer their high enriched uranium stockpile to the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Additionally, these conditions include dismantling key nuclear facilities in Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow, allowing full international oversight by the International Atomic Energy Agency, abandoning regional proxy activities, and ceasing support for armed groups.

Other demands include keeping the Hormuz Strait open, limiting the range and quantity of Iranian missile programs, and restricting the use of future missiles to self-defense ranges.

In exchange, Iran would receive a complete lifting of sanctions, U.S. support for its civilian nuclear program (including the Bushehr nuclear power plant’s power project), and the cancellation of the “snapback” sanctions mechanism.
