Mainland Famous Cross-talk Performer Draws Attention with Court-issued Wanted Notice Executed

Recently, the well-known mainland Chinese crosstalk performer Lu Xin was the subject of an execution reward announcement issued by the Beilin District Court in Xi’an. The reward amount is 10,000 yuan (RMB), with the execution target currently estimated at around 200,000 yuan. The reward notice includes Lu Xin’s photo, the first 14 digits of his ID number, address, and execution case number, with a deadline set before the completion of the case. The incident has sparked attention and discussion.

According to reports from Red Star News on February 11th, it was confirmed by relevant departments that the reward announcement is indeed genuine.

A “Beilin District Court Execution Ruling” published on the China Judicial Document Network, numbered (2025) Shan 0103 Execution 5553-2, shows that on December 15, 2025, Zhang submitted an application for compulsory execution against Lu, with the execution target currently standing at 202,152 yuan, a case already accepted by the court.

During the execution process, the court froze the defendant’s bank accounts and online fund accounts, and imposed restrictions on high consumption.

Public records show that Lu Xin was born on April 12, 1987, in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He graduated from Xi’an Foreign Affairs College and is a mainland Chinese crosstalk performer, serving as the vice chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Folk Artists Association.

Lu Xin previously partnered with crosstalk performer Zhang Yuhao, but on November 22, 2024, the two announced their separation.

According to public information from Tianyancha, Lu Xin currently serves as the legal representative of Xi’an Lu Xin Yuhao Cultural Media Co., Ltd., holding an 82% stake, while Zhang Yuhao holds 18%.

On September 10, 2025, Zhang Yuhao filed for compulsory execution against Xi’an Lu Xin Yuhao Cultural Media Co., Ltd., with a case number (2025) Shan 0103 Execution 7450, due to a labor contract dispute. The execution included 366,500 yuan in principal and related interest, with 5,398 yuan in execution costs.

The court ruled that Xi’an Lu Xin Yuhao Cultural Media Co., Ltd. should pay Zhang Yuhao 366,508.78 yuan plus corresponding debt interest, and bear the execution costs of 5,398 yuan.
