Israel’s Retaliation Plan Against Iranian Attacks Ready

On October 1st, after Iran launched around 200 missiles at Israel, the tension has been high as they await Israel’s response. A source informed CNN that Israel’s plan to retaliate against Iran is now ready, but no further information has been provided.

The source revealed that Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, have assured the United States that the retaliation against Iran will be limited to military targets and not oil or nuclear facilities.

According to CNN, US officials expect Israel to strike back against Iran before the US election on November 5th.

The timing and parameters of Israel’s retaliation against Iran have been a heated topic of debate within the Israeli government, unrelated to the timing of the US election.

Furthermore, Israeli media reported on Tuesday, October 15th, that Israel has identified the targets for the attack.

Channel 12 reported that the Israeli military has submitted a target list to Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. The IDF is in the final stages of preparing for the attack, including “sensitivity coordination” with other countries in the region.

According to Kan public broadcasting, Israeli “political leadership” has finalized the targets.

In a previous report, CNN mentioned that the Iranian government is currently very nervous while awaiting Israel’s response. Iran has been urgently cooperating with Middle Eastern countries in diplomatic efforts to try to lessen Israel’s retaliation against Iran.

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, warned during a phone call with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Tuesday night that Iran is prepared to respond decisively and regrettably if Israel carries out retaliatory strikes.

Araghchi urged Guterres to use UN resources to prevent Israeli actions in the Middle East region.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant stated last week that Israel’s strike against Iran would be “lethal, precise, and most importantly, unexpected.”

“They (Iran) won’t understand what happened and how it happened; they will only see the result,” Gallant said.
