In a surprising turn of events, an administrative enforcement assistant at the traffic bureau in Songyang County, Lishui, Zhejiang Province, has been found to be in romantic relationships with two women. Recently, he married one of them and was planning to marry the other just a week later. However, none of these marriages were officially registered.
It was revealed by netizens that the employee of the traffic bureau in Songyang County, Lishui, Zhejiang Province had held wedding ceremonies with two women in May. Nonetheless, suspicions arose as there was no evidence of official registration of these unions.
One person claimed that the man, who earns a monthly income of three thousand yuan, had been in relationships with two women – one for 7 years and the other for 3 years. The wedding banquet he organized this month exposed the truth.
Images circulated online showed the man posing for wedding photos with both women and invitations were sent out for the ceremonies.
According to sources, the man held a wedding banquet with the first woman on May 10th and another banquet with the second woman on May 17th, which led to the first woman discovering the truth.

On the evening of May 19th, the Songyang County Joint Investigation Team issued a situation report stating that Mr. Pan, an administrative enforcement assistant at the Songyang County Traffic Bureau, was involved in romantic relationships with both Ms. Huang and Ms. Zhou simultaneously.
On May 10, 2025, Mr. Pan held a wedding ceremony with Ms. Huang. On May 13, he informed Ms. Zhou of the cancellation of their planned wedding ceremony on May 17.
Upon investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Pan had not registered marriages with either Ms. Huang or Ms. Zhou. As a consequence, Mr. Pan was dismissed from his position.
