In the afternoon of the 5th, the Huangpi District Emergency Management Bureau in Wuhan reported that the incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. on the 5th when a roughly two-meter-high safety passage set up for exterior maintenance on the west side of Renxin City Building Seven in Huangpi District collapsed, resulting in 7 injuries.
